The size of the heat dissipation loss of industrial boilers is not only related to the thermal insulation measures, but also related to the size of the boiler load. At low load, because the heat dissipation surface remains unchanged, the heat dissipation is basically unchanged, while the fuel consumption becomes smaller, corresponding to the heat dissipation per kilogram of fuel. Losses will increase. Therefore, in order to reduce the heat dissipation loss, the industrial boiler should not be operated under low load as far as possible.

When using industrial boilers, it is necessary to strengthen thermal insulation, plugging, leakage prevention and anti-corrosion. Since the temperature of the furnace wall and piping system is higher than the surrounding temperature, it is easy to generate heat dissipation loss, so it is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the insulation of the furnace wall and pipeline to reduce heat dissipation loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. At the same time, the boiler product furnace and tail flue air leakage, heat pipes and flanges, and steam and hot water at the valve "run, run, drip, leak" and other phenomena are also common. It is necessary to repair in time to reduce these heat losses.

The secondary return air of the industrial boiler can form a flue gas vortex in the boiler. On the one hand, it increases the residence time of the suspended coal powder in the furnace, so that the fuel can be fully burned; on the other hand, it can reduce the temperature gradient in the furnace and improve the heating in the furnace. Therefore, the use of the secondary air return system is an important means to improve the combustion conditions. The effect of using the secondary return air system is very significant. It is estimated that the thermal efficiency of the boiler using the secondary return air system can be increased by about 5% to 10%.



Industrial boilers should have a certain flow rate.
