SZS Gas-Fired Horizontal Water-Tube Saturated Steam Boiler

 The pipelines within the scope of the SZS watertube steam boiler only include the valves and pipelines from the flange of the return water check valve to the outlet valve and drain valve of the boiler body. Accessories include valves and gauges for the boiler body. Such as pressure gauges, air valves, spring safety valves, outlet and return valves, check valves, thermometers, etc.



The SZS gas-fired steam boiler is equipped with a flue gas condenser at the tail of the boiler body, which reduces the flue gas temperature (<70°C), improves the boiler efficiency and reduces the harmful components in the flue gas. The boiler adopts micro-positive pressure combustion, and the furnace wall tube is a full-membrane wall structure.

This series of boiler products has a certain pressure bearing capacity, and no smoke leakage and air leakage will occur when running under a slightly positive pressure state. The boiler is a self-contained boiler, which can shorten the installation period while meeting the transportation size requirements. At the same time, the aluminum casing and the skeleton are transported and connected by bolts, which are convenient for disassembly and maintenance.

The main body of the boiler is an integral structure, the burner is assembled on the front smoke box cover, and the main body is mainly arranged with the heating surface and the combustion chamber. It has a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, the furnace adopts an offset corrugated furnace, and the thermal insulation layer is selected. The new lightweight thermal insulation material, the outer packaging is made of colored thin plates, and the outer packaging is a rectangular cylindrical body, which makes the boiler performance, weight, structural size, and appearance have obvious advancement and aesthetics compared with domestic products of the same capacity. The boiler feed water equipment is arranged on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler so that it is integrated with the main engine, and no other foundation is required.



SZS series steam boilers have large water capacity, strong adaptability to load changes, and stable output; the steam boilers have large steam space volume, sufficient clear distance between the steam-water interface and the steam outlet, and low steam humidity.
