 A burner is arranged on the front wall of the furnace of the SZS series steam boiler, and the natural gas enters the boiler furnace through the burner for combustion.

The connecting flue between the components of this series of oil-fired boilers is connected with the components by welding, and an expansion joint is arranged in the middle to ensure the free expansion of the flue. Each component is insulated with light-weight thermal insulation materials, and the main thermal insulation materials are aluminum silicate fiberboard and rock wool. The outer guard plate is colored corrugated steel plate.



The steam boiler setting platform is used for the inspection of the manhole of the drum, and the opening of various valves on the drum. The pipelines within the scope of this boiler only include the valves and pipelines from the flange of the return water check valve to the flanges of the boiler body such as the outlet valve and the blowdown valve. Accessories include valves and gauges for the boiler body. Such as pressure gauges, air valves, spring safety valves, outlet and return valves, check valves, thermometers, etc.
