SZS Type Water Tube Hot Water Boiler

SZS series hot water boiler adopts intelligent PLC automatic control system, high-color touch screen, dynamic graphic display, multi-level pop-up menu, automatic fault recording and other operation modes, which are simple and clear. The boiler is designed for installation and commissioning in the factory. The user only needs to install water and electricity at the site for normal use.

The watertube hot water boiler is a diffuse combustion, which can meet the technical requirements of large tonnage, and the nitrogen oxide emission is less than 30mg, which meets the strict air emission standards. The boiler has three operation modes: single connection, series connection, and parallel connection. The number of boilers and operating status can be flexibly selected according to actual needs.

SZS series boilers use self-developed wing heat exchange elements, which reduce the floor space by more than 20% compared with ordinary condensing vacuum boilers. The boiler is equipped with a high-color touch screen, dynamic graphic display, multi-level menus and permissions, and automatic fault storage and other modules, which are very user-friendly.

The boiler wall piping of the hot water boiler adopts a full-membrane water-cooled wall structure, which has a very good pressure-bearing capacity. Condensing technology is added to this series of water tube hot water boilers, and the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler has been greatly improved. The condenser can not only absorb a large amount of sensible heat in the flue gas, but also absorb sufficient latent heat of the flue gas. The boiler efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary boilers. The condensing recovery device is made of ND steel that is more resistant to acid and hydrogen ion corrosion. The service life of the boiler can be improved. Extend to as long as 20 years.
