The oil-fired water tube boiler adopts a vertical-drum "D"-shaped arrangement structure, which is divided into two parts: the boiler body and the energy saver. The boiler body is modularized to realize the overall quick installation of the large-capacity boiler, shorten the installation period, and save installation costs. The inside of the boiler adopts a full-membrane wall water-cooled structure, which has good air tightness, reduces the weight and dimensions of the boiler host, and shortens the startup and shutdown time. The membrane wall is produced by a special membrane wall production line to ensure the quality of welding and forming. Three-pass convection tube bundle structure, reasonable flue gas flow, low back pressure, positive pressure combustion is realized, and a separable economizer is arranged at the tail, which reduces the exhaust gas temperature, avoids low-temperature corrosion of the heating surface of the body, and greatly improves the boiler The thermal efficiency.

The SZS series steam boiler adopts a unique composite water circulation structure of forced and natural circulation. The water speed of each heating surface is designed to be safe, and the forced circulation water speed is ≥0.6m/s. The natural circulating water speed is 0.3m/s. The water resistance of this boiler is small, 0.055MPa. The water cycle is safe and reliable. It has superior power failure protection function.

The membrane water wall of this series of boilers product is installed with light-weight thermal insulation materials, covered with special composite silicate board, and externally hung with color steel plates, which has good thermal insulation effect and beautiful appearance. The temperature of the outer wall of the furnace is controlled within 40℃, which reduces the heat loss and further improves the thermal efficiency.



The SZS type boiler adopts a light furnace wall covered by a composite silicate board, and it supports a non-steel frame structure, which greatly reduces the weight of the boiler.
