Manufacturing of Horizontal Oil-Fired Steam Boiler

 The design and manufacture of the oil-fired steam boiler body adopts a three-pass, wet-back type, and the fire box is an eccentric furnace with asymmetrical structure. The furnace tube is designed as a corrugated tube, which can reduce the stress caused by thermal expansion, increase the rigidity, enhance the flue gas disturbance, improve the thermal efficiency, and increase the radiant heating area.



This series of boiler heat transfer tubes basically use threaded tubes, which makes the flue gas flow longer, forms a strong convective heating surface, and has a good heat transfer effect. The oil-fired boiler is equipped with high-quality imported burners (low NOx type burners), which burn fully, and the harmful components in the flue gas are lower than the national standard (NOx emission is lower than 400mg/m3), which is an environmentally friendly product.

The horizontal steam boiler has rich control functions, with insufficient gas pressure and leakage alarms. The application of advanced digital intelligent control technology can accurately monitor the combustion process remotely. It adopts advanced imported components and has multiple interlocks. Can add communication interface and print boiler operating parameters and design and install a computer control system for multiple boilers.



This series of steam boilers have special indicator lights, all parts are clear at a glance, and automatic leak detection is provided to prevent accidents caused by leakage. A condensing heat exchanger or air preheater can be added to increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler. After the addition, the boiler efficiency can be increased to more than 95%.
