The 4-ton biomass boiler adopts a quick-installation design and structure. The boiler body is compact and does not take up too much space. It is more convenient for transportation and installation. The boiler double drums are arranged longitudinally to assemble the water-tube chain boiler. The fuel falls into the front end of the grate from the front coal hopper, and after combustion, it falls into the slag discharger and is discharged. The air from the blower enters the grate air chamber partition through the air ducts on both sides of the grate base, and enters the furnace through the fuel layer. The flue gas after fuel combustion passes through the furnace, the combustion chamber, the convection tube bundle I, the convection tube bundle II, and the economizer, and then exits the boiler, passes through the dust collector, and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan to the chimney.
