Therefore, in various boiler pollutant emission standards, the control of this indicator is most stringent. At present, the gas boiler NOx emission limit is most strict, and the region is different, and the requirements are about 30-200. If some boiler is installed, the current nitrogen oxide emissions in the area are more demanding, while the burner burning exhaust emissions cannot meet the latest standards of pollutant emissions in the country, then there is a need for low nitrogen combustion. At present, it is mainly the transformation of gas fired boiler burner.
The thermal efficiency of the boiler is a measure of the most important indicator of the boiler. The main factors affecting the efficiency of the boiler are: the heat loss of exhaust, heat dissipation, the fuel is not completely combustion and boiler fouling. Since the burner has not changed the loss of heat dissipation and the boiler fouling and the pre-transformation of the boiler, there is no effect on the thermal efficiency of the boiler. There are two factors that have changed before the combustor modification of the burner. The heat loss of smoke and the incomplete combustion of the fuel.
In operation, it is necessary to reduce the combustion efficiency of the boiler to improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler product as much as possible to ensure complete combustion, and the boiler is lowered to cause the heat efficiency of the boiler to decrease. The exhaustive heat loss increases with the increase in exhaust temperature and the increase of the air coefficient. The gas boiler dispensing is steam, and superheated steam is the main carrier of heat in the flue gas. Therefore, except for the flue gas discharged from the gas boiler, there is a large amount of latent heat, and most of this part of the heat loss can be recovered by contact heat exchange equipment. Low nitrogen boiler modification can be divided into the following two ways according to the size of the furnace size:
1, replace low nitrogen burners (full premix, flue gas extraction cycle, flue gas circulation)
2, replace the boiler (condensing boiler, three-way gas boiler + low nitrogen combustion head) Since the condensation furnace is more environmentally friendly, lower nitrogen, in low nitrogen transformation, the selection of condensing gas boilers has become an inevitable trend:
1) Ultra high efficiency: The condensing boiler is 20% to 30% higher than the ordinary boiler, and the thermal efficiency of condensing boiler can reach 108.9%.
2) The condensing gas boiler is low: low exhaustive temperature as low as 35 ° C.
3) The water supply temperature is adjustable: the condensing boiler is currently the most advanced, quality of water temperature control system and unique structural and combustion methods in the industry.
4). More environmentally friendly: Condensate boiler nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are only 30 ppm, lower than 56 ppm of European standard level 5. The carbon monoxide emissions are greatly lower than the general boiler emission standards. Due to high combustion efficiency, the resulting carbon dioxide is much lower than the ordinary gas boiler, and the operating noise is less than 40 decibels.
