The heavy oil steam boiler is a horizontal internal combustion fuel oil quick-installed boiler with a wet back structure. The corrugated furnace bladder and the re-combustion chamber are one return stroke, the second and third return strokes are threaded smoke pipes, and an energy saver is arranged on the upper part of the boiler. The boiler is equipped with automatic control devices and protection devices with high and low water level alarms and low water level interlocking protection functions; automatic ignition of the boiler, automatic adjustment of the burner power and flameout protection to ensure the operation of the boiler.
The designed fuel of this boiler product is light oil or natural gas; the fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited by the electronic ignition rod, and burned in the furnace with a slight positive pressure. The high-temperature flue gas after burning is turned 180° into the back combustion chamber. The three-pass threaded smoke pipe turns 180° from the upper part of the rear smoke box, enters the economizer for heat exchange, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

The welding of the heavy oil steam boiler bladder and the front and rear tube plates adopts flanged butt connection to ensure the welding quality. This series of boiler products adopt a new type of heat transfer element-threaded tube, which greatly enhances the heat transfer, thereby reducing the convection heating area and reducing the cost of the boiler. The boiler has less heat loss and can obtain higher thermal efficiency than other structures. Compared with the dry back type, there is no heat dissipation from the rear smoke box cover.
