Gas Organic Heat Carrier Boiler

Gas-fired thermal oil boiler refers to a new type of heat conversion equipment in which the heat carrier is high-temperature heat transfer oil (also called hot coal, heat carrier), so organic heat carrier boilers are also called heat transfer oil boilers. Organic heat carrier furnace heat conduction oil boiler uses coal, heavy oil, light oil, etc. as fuel, and heat conduction oil as the carrier. It is a direct-flow special boiler manufactured according to the design scheme of forced loopback.

Biomass Fired Boiler

The biomass fired boiler adopts combustion equipment suitable for biomass fuel combustion-reciprocating grate. In terms of structural design, the boiler has a larger furnace space than traditional boilers. At the same time, the reasonable arrangement of secondary air helps the large amount of volatile combustion that is precipitated during the combustion of biomass fuel.



This series boiler product feeding, combustion, slag removal, water feeding and ignition can all be automatically controlled, which is easy to operate. The boiler is equipped with an automatic dust removal device, which can clean up the dust on the heating surface of the boiler in time and keep the boiler running stably. An economizer is arranged at the end of the boiler, and an air preheater can also be arranged according to user needs. Compared with traditional boilers, the boiler has high efficiency and low exhaust gas temperature.
