In the combustion system of CFB boiler, the feeder feeds the biomass fuel into the furnace, and the air needed for the combustion of the boiler is provided by the primary and secondary fans respectively. The air sent out by the primary fan is preheated by the primary air preheater and is introduced into the cooling air chamber of the furnace by the air ducts on both sides, and enters the combustion chamber through the hood on the water cooling air plate. After the air from the secondary fan is preheated by the secondary air preheater, it is sprayed into the furnace through the nozzles distributed on the front and rear walls of the furnace to supplement the air and strengthen the disturbance and mixing.
CFB biomass fired boiler fuel and air in the furnace fluidized state mixing combustion, and heat exchange with the heating surface. The flue gas in the furnace (which carries a large number of unburned carbon particles) is further heated by combustion at the upper part of the furnace. After the flue gas leaving the furnace and entrusting a large number of materials passes through the volute cyclone separator, most of the materials are separated out and returned to the furnace through the returner to realize circulating combustion. The separated flue gas is discharged through the steering chamber, high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, economizer, primary and secondary air preheater by the tail flue.
This series of industrial boiler products because of the use of circulating fluidized bed combustion, by adding limestone to the furnace, can significantly reduce the emission of S02 in the flue gas, the use of low temperature and air grading for wind combustion technology can significantly inhibit the generation of NOx. Its ash slag has good activity and high comprehensive utilization value, so it can be more suitable for increasingly strict environmental protection requirements.
Circulating fluidized bed boiler structure is single cylinder horizontal type, "Ï€" type arrangement. The membrane water-cooled wall is suspended in the furnace and the inlet of the separator is the membrane water-cooled flue. Adopt bell hood with easy replacement, low resistance and no dust pouring. The separator and the center barrel are improved with low resistance and high separation efficiency. Adopting the patented reverse material device and equipped with an independent fan for air supply, saving power consumption. Adopt low bed pressure operation mode.
The boiler series adopts primary fan with lower pressure head to reduce the power consumption of the fan. Optimized secondary air layout and nozzle flow rate, reduce the pressure head of secondary fan. The air preheater adopts multi-tube box arrangement, and the low temperature section adopts corrosion resistant steel pipe, which avoids the overall replacement caused by low temperature corrosion.
