  1. Operate in strict accordance with the heating curve.
  2. It shall not be put into use when the pressure difference is unstable.
  3. When the furnace is stopped, when the oil temperature drops below 80 degrees Celsius, the hot oil circulating pump can not be stopped.
  4. Ensure good thermal oil circulation at high temperature.
  5. During normal operation, the thermal conductive oil in the high tank shall be kept at a high liquid level, while the thermal conductive oil in the storage tank shall be kept at a low liquid level.
  6. The oil production temperature shall not exceed the permissible operating temperature of the thermal conductive oil.
  7. Do not flush the furnace chamber with water during emergency shutdown.
  8. Different types of heat conducting oil shall not be mixed.

Air, steam and light components should be discharged fully during the start-up of the coal fired thermal oil boiler. In operation, the thermal oil should be maintained at a high enough flow rate to prevent power cut off the pump, so as not to overheat the thermal oil and coking or carbon deposition.
